چکیده
Double dissociations between perceivable colors and physical properties of colored objects have led many philosophers to endorse relationalist accounts color. I argue that there are analogous double attitudes belief—the beliefs people attribute each other in everyday life—and intrinsic cognitive states some scientists posit as cogs systems—pitched at every level psychological explanation. These provide good reason refrain from conflating belief with belief. suggest interpretivism provides an attractive account the former (insofar they not conflated latter). Like colors, evolved be ecological signifiers, systems.
